Terms of Service – LearnBasics

LearnBasics (Basic learning materials domain LearnBasics.digital) provides educational offerings to individuals and organizations. By accessing or using any service, product, or good from LearnBasics, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Description: Services include live workshops, tutoring sessions, and webinars designed to teach fundamental concepts.

2.2 Scheduling and Transfer: To request a change of date or transfer your spot to another participant, contact us no later than 24 hours before the session. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for any reimbursement.

2.3 No Reimbursement: If you fail to attend without timely notice, no reimbursement is provided due to the limited availability of spots and preparation time.

3. Digital Content (Info Products)

3.1 Description: Info products include eBooks, video tutorials, and downloadable guides.

3.2 Access and Reimbursement: If you have not accessed any part of the digital content, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase. Once access is initiated, no reimbursement is possible.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Description: Physical goods include printed materials, stationery, and kits.

4.2 Defective or Damaged Goods: Notify us within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. You may ship them back at your expense or request a pickup. After inspection, reimbursement is issued.

5. Refund Policy

All approved reimbursement requests are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. The amount reimbursed will exclude any shipping or handling fees incurred.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The amended terms become effective upon posting and apply to any subsequent purchases or use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
